Refund Policy

At Evolvelex Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality webinar experiences and educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and processed for our services.

1. General Refund Principles

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle refund requests fairly and transparently. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the timing of the request, and the specific circumstances involved.

2. Webinar Registration Refunds

2.1 Live Webinar Sessions

For individual live webinar registrations, the following refund conditions apply:

  • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable processing fees
  • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund available
  • After the event has started: No refund available

2.2 Webinar Series and Multi-Session Packages

For webinar series or packages containing multiple sessions:

  • Refunds may be requested before the first session begins, subject to the timeline outlined above
  • Once the first session has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions only
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required before each subsequent session to qualify for pro-rata refunds

2.3 On-Demand or Recorded Content

For pre-recorded webinars or on-demand educational content:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • Once 20% or more of the content has been viewed, no refund will be issued
  • Access logs and viewing history determine content consumption

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription refunds are handled as follows:

  • Cancellation may be requested at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current month
  • Access to all subscription benefits continues until the end of the paid period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual or long-term subscriptions:

  • Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund
  • After 30 days, pro-rata refunds may be issued for the remaining unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Subscriptions active for more than 6 months are not eligible for refunds

4. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or participating in a webinar or service:

  • You must report the issue to our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the scheduled event
  • We will investigate the issue and may offer a full refund, partial refund, or access to an alternative session
  • Technical issues on the user's end, including internet connectivity problems or incompatible devices, do not automatically qualify for refunds
  • If the service interruption is caused by Evolvelex Hub, a full refund or complimentary access to a future session will be provided

5. Cancellations by Evolvelex Hub

In the event that we cancel or reschedule a webinar or service:

  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible via email
  • A full refund will be automatically processed, or participants may choose to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date
  • Refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 10 business days

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Promotional or discounted registrations explicitly marked as non-refundable
  • Complimentary or free access granted through promotional codes
  • Third-party services or materials purchased through our platform
  • Certification fees or examination costs
  • Custom or personalized consulting services once delivered

7. Refund Request Process

7.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, registration details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

7.2 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

8. Processing Fees

Please note that certain payment processing fees may be non-refundable:

  • Third-party payment processor fees (typically 2-5% of the transaction) may be deducted from refunds
  • International transaction fees or currency conversion charges are non-refundable
  • These fees are disclosed during the checkout process

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that extraordinary situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events
